One of my favourite things to make and eat are sandwiches! The issue is they're not the best thing for a multi course meal during a Jolly Soiree, so i've come up with a version of one of my favourite sandwiches that will work as part of a dinner.
A Reuben sandwich is always amazing, pastrami, sauerkraut, toasted rye, pickles, Russian dressing and melted Swiss cheese...
I wanted to capture the flavour from a classic Reuben in my Tartare... this is what I came up with.
Toasted Rye with spicy harissa, fillet steak tartare with kimchi, Russian dressing and herbs!
There's a couple of slight changes to make from this first run through, but it's def going to be on the menu at the next supper club.
