Day 7 of the COVID-19 lockdown and Tom & I are still in our respective kitchens cooking.
We chose to cook or actually craft homemade Maki and Nigiri.
For those who've never made their own Sushi, now is the time to try. Sushi is easy and fun to make at home and you can put all your favourite ingredients into your perfect custom roll. Due to current food shortage we only found salmon, so we made the classic Uramaki (Salmon, Avocado, Cream Cheese & Sesame on top) and salmon Nigiri.
