Lockdown Ideas #1 - Two-ways Tortelloni

Unfortunately, COVID-19 is forcing us to stay at home but difficult times always create opportunities… For us being at home go hand in hand with cooking, which give us the opportunity to perfect our classics and try new recipes.

Today, we chose to raise our classics by trying new PASTA combinations!!! But not any kind of pasta, Tortelloni, the famous fresh stuffed pasta from Emilia-Romagna in Italy.

No particular reason, no particular event, just the will to cook, relax and enjoy a nice meal with a good bottle of wine.


Therefore, we cooked two kind of Tortelloni:


  • Spinash Tortelloni stuffed with Spinach, Mascarpone, Ricotta & Pine nuts with a Sage, Lemon & Butter sauce & grated Parmiggiano

  • Saffron Tortelloni stuffed with Crab, Mascarpone & White Wine with a Calvados Crab bisque sauce, Cherry Tomatoes & Fresh parsley on top
