Nick & Sian's Wedding

Good friends Nick and Sian gave us the honour of catering their wedding of 150 guests. We worked with them to put on a menu that spoke to their Indian and British heritage.

"Jacques and were attentive and invested from the start, tailoring and adding to our idea’s for food which weren’t exactly the norm.
We ended up with exactly what we wanted and more, to a high standard, in part due to the incredible amount of effort and detail the guys put in. 
From hiring the staff, sourcing the spit to input into what and how things could be served on the table, they certainly went the whole hog providing the best roast we’ve ever had!"
